No Flour Pancake

This is by far the easiest thing i have ever ever made. It was really yummy and with a good protein in it a good fat and some yummy carbs it’s pretty much the perfect way to start the day! (or even a yummy snack too!)

These yummy pancakes only had 3 ingredients.. that’s right 3!

Banana, Peanutbutter (or nut butter of your choice) and an egg

Directions:

Mash the banana

add and mix the egg well

add in a spoonful of your nut butter

i found it easier to flip them when i made a few small pancakes instead of one big one. Cook a few minutes on each side. and enjoy!

I know what I’m having for breakfast tomorrow!. :D *Doing*the*happy*dance*!!!!

This is too true!. Give your everything in every workout.!.

I have gone on and off track so many times on my road to fitness. But I always picked myself back up. The success story is really not about how many times you’ve failed, its about the courage to pick yourself up and carry on to achieve what you want. Our strength is built in going past our failures. No more excuses!

I LOVE this! it really just reminds me that we have NO EXCUSES!. I know we all get busy and sometimes it seems like we don’t have time, but what I realized in most cases, (for me at least) is that its not that I did not HAVE time but that I did not MAKE time.
for some, a morning workout first thing is the best for them.
for others, the afternoon, during lunch break, after school or inbetween classes at college.
and still for others, at night, after work, or when all that needs to be done is done.
For me to be able to put in my workouts, I vary between all three times. On somedays, early morning is best.
On my hectic mornings and evenings I squeeze in an afternoon workout.
On other days, doing my workout at the end of the day works.
Dont get me wrong, I don’t always do an hour or more of workouts, Sometimes i only really have the time and energy for a 10-20min workout.
So my challenge to you is MAKE  time to workout. Whether its 10mins, 20mins, 1hr or whatever. Just MAKE the time!
Here’s a quick circuit do get you started:
20 jumping jacks
10 burpees
10 jump lunges
15 crunches
(do the set 3 times as fast as you can with no breaks… #GO!)
